Jon Michael Hale, 68, died Jan. 25, 2010.

Born in Wichita, Kan. and formally of Kansas City, Jon is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Sharon; daughter, Robin Ross; four grandchildren, Michelle, Katherine, Chase and Parker Ross; and sister Donna Owens.

A memorial service to celebrate Jon’s life will be at 7 p.m., Jan. 29 at Grissom Funeral Home, 803 Emmett St., Kissimmee, FL 34741.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice, 2445 Lane Park Rd., Tavares, FL 32778.
