PTAs to host Kids First Town Hall Meeting here

The Missouri State PTA and the Lee’s Summit R-7 PTA Council will host a Kids First Town Hall Meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 at the Stansberry Leadership Center, 301 N.E. Tudor Road. 

The topics discussed will be current issues that impact Lee’s Summit R-7 School District and Missouri children and their educations.

State Senator Will Kraus; state representatives Gary Cross, Kevin McManus, Jeff Grisamore, Mike Cierpiot, Rick Brattin and Noel Torpey; and R-7 superintendent David McGehee have been invited to sit on the panel.    For more information, contact Denise McCarter, Lee’s Summit PTA legislative chair at 816-210-3371.
