Meet local artist Felicia Roth at City Hall Oct. 18

The City of Lee’s Summit invites the community to meet local artist Felicia Roth and view her artwork in City Hall. The event will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Oct. 18. Light hors d’oeuvres will be provided. In addition, guests can sample wine, compliments of J Beans.

Roth is an award-winning artist and photographer, published poet and recipient of the Ewing Kaufman Junior Entrepreneur of the Year award. With strong insight, use of colors, movements, materials and subject matters, she captures everyone’s attention.

Her work has been showcased in a variety of locations, including the Kemper Museum’s, Featured Artist Showcase of the Arts and the Lakewood Oaks Country Club Patron’s Choice Awards.

As an instructor for the Metropolitan Community College-Blue River Campus, she shares her knowledge of art, painting, jewelry design, retail sales and services. She is also an interior designer and owner of Dedicated Design and Renovation, LLC. Roth enjoys bringing joy and beauty to others by both her interior design and art.
