Animal Wonders School’s Out camp
Looking for a program to stimulate the curious young minds in your family? Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation’s “Animal Wonders” is the answer – kids ages five through twelve can get excited when they get up close and personal with live examples of animals of all types at “Animal Wonders School’s Out.” This workshop will be held 9 a.m. - noon, Jan. 21 (a no school day) from Students will learn about animal care, behaviors, ecosystems, terminology, and perform age appropriate experiments. The registration fee is $33. Camp will be held at Market Street Neighborhood Center located at 307 SW Market Street in Lee’s Summit. Students must be pre-registered by Jan. 14.
