Local business wins super service award
The Cleaning Authority of Lee Summit was awarded Jan. 1 the coveted 2012 Angie’s List super service award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately five percent of all the companies rated on Angie’s List, the nation’s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies.
Founded in 1989, The Cleaning Authority currently operates more than 170 residential cleaning franchise locations nationwide. The company features a detail-clean rotation system, proprietary operations software, national call center, and an extensive employee training program.
“The past few years we have accomplished a lot. This honor really helps solidify the importance our company and the services we provide busy families in our area,” Lee’s Summit office owner Brian Greenwald said in a statement. “Back in 2005, we opened our office and today we’re cleaning over 500 homes. Our success is a testament to both the quality of our detail-clean rotation system and the dedication of our 32 local employees.”
In addition to their business growing and receiving the 2012 super service award, the Lee’s Summit office of The Cleaning Authority also will receive the mark of excellence for the fourth year in a row this summer at The Cleaning Authority’s annual convention. The mark of excellence is bestowed upon offices of The Cleaning Authority for outstanding customer service and quality of cleans.
In addition to being an award winning year, this past fall The Cleaning Authority, a four-time mark of excellence winner, relocated to 2 S.W. Second Street in downtown Lee’s Summit.
“Buying a building in historic downtown Lees Summit helps add to the commitment to our community and offers a long term commitment to our customers,” Greenwald said.
The Cleaning Authority is privately held and headquartered in Columbia, Md.
