The Cleaning Authority of Lee Summit was awarded Jan. 1 the coveted 2012 Angie&#x2019;s List super service award, an honor bestowed annually on approximately five percent of all the companies rated on Angie&#x2019;s List, the nation&#x2019;s leading provider of consumer reviews on local service companies. </p><p>Founded in 1989, The Cleaning Authority currently operates more than 170 residential cleaning franchise locations nationwide. The company features a detail-clean rotation system, proprietary operations software, national call center, and an extensive employee training program.</p><p>&#x201C;The past few years we have accomplished a lot. This honor really helps solidify the importance our company and the services we provide busy families in our area,&#x201D; Lee&#x2019;s Summit office owner Brian Greenwald said in a statement. &#x201C;Back in 2005, we opened our office and today we&#x2019;re cleaning over 500 homes. Our success is a testament to both the quality of our detail-clean rotation system and the dedication of our 32 local employees.&#x201D;</p><p>In addition to their business growing and receiving the 2012 super service award, the Lee&#x2019;s Summit office of The Cleaning Authority also will receive the mark of excellence for the fourth year in a row this summer at The Cleaning Authority&#x2019;s annual convention. The mark of excellence is bestowed upon offices of The Cleaning Authority for outstanding customer service and quality of cleans.</p><p>In addition to being an award winning year, this past fall The Cleaning Authority, a four-time mark of excellence winner, relocated to 2 S.W.
