Spring Open House

Get excited for spring by shopping in Downtown Lee’s Summit. Merchants will introduce new items for spring 2013. Customers also can enter to win a Downtown Lee’s Summit shopping spree.
Emerald Isle St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by enjoying this annual parade, featuring floats, walking groups, Irish dancers, musicians and more. Other activities include an Irish Breakfast and Gold Coin Hunt for children. Put on your green and join in the fun. Pub crawl organized by Downtown bars and restaurants to follow.

Downtown Bunny Hop
10 a.m. to noon
Children and their families are invited to join the Easter Bunny in a parade from City Hall Plaza to Howard Station Park. After the parade, kids can visit with the Easter Bunny and visit participating stores to receive free candy. There also is an Easter Bonnet Contest in Howard Station Park following the parade.

The Downtown Lee’s Summit Farmers Market is open from 7 a.m. to sell-out Wednesdays and Saturdays. Shoppers can purchase a variety of fresh produce, plants, meat, baked goods, handmade crafts and more.
