Birthday bash making a splash

Hartley, 10 months, and her father Brad Caraway of Overland Park enjoying the lazy river during the Legacy Park Community Center Birthday Bash. Caraway said his familiy swims at the center frequently. It is half way between his home and friends from Oak Grove, "so we meet in the middle."
