Rampetsreiter invited to exposure camp

Lee’s Summit North’s Lexi Rampetsreiter was one of two girls in the state of Missouri to be invited to compete in the second annual Banditfest Fastpitch Exposure Camp, held Jan. 3 at the Dome at the Ball Park in Rosemont, IL.

Rampetsreiter was considered by OnDeck softball to be one of the top 102 athletes in the Midwest.

At this invitation only showcase, she participated in an intensive workout designed to showcase her skill in front of almost 60 college coaches and softball scouts. Some of the colleges represented were University of Missouri, University of Oklahoma, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Iowa, Syracuse, Boston College, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio State, James Madison University and more.

Rampetsreiter also plays for the KC Athletics Black organization.
