Summit Fair to add LOFT, Francesca’s, Shear Madness and Salon Ami
Summit Fair announced this week that LOFT, Francesca’s, Salon Ami and Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids will each open new retail locations by the end of July adding almost 10,000 square feet to the center near Interstate 470 and U.S. Highway 50 in Lee’s Summit.
“With some of the most popular retail outlets and variety of eateries in the area, Summit Fair continues to develop itself as a shopping destination with the addition of these merchants,” Faryle Scott, Summit Fair marketing coordinator, said in a press release. “We are pleased that Lee’s Summit and Summit Fair continue to attract strong retailers to not only benefit our shoppers, but the community as a whole by offering even more apparel, accessories and services.”
• LOFT, a sister store of Ann Taylor, will be the first new tenant to open its doors to shoppers with a scheduled April grand opening. The 5,000-square-foot store will be located next to Coldwater Creek at 860 N.W. Blue Parkway, Suite T.
• Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids, a hair salon for kids featuring mounted cars as styling chairs, PlayStations and TVs at every styling station, will occupy a 1,200-square-foot space adjacent to the JCPenney Courtyard at 950 N.W. Blue Parkway, Suite B. Scheduled to open in May, the salon will be the first location in the state of Missouri.
