Timberlake’s celebrate 50TH Anniversary

Larry and Vickie Timberlake of Lee’s Summit are celebrating their 50th. wedding anniversary. They were married on March 1, 1963 at the Raytown Christian Church in Raytown.

They have two daughters; Lisa Thomas and husband, Randy and Julie Langenbahn, all of Lee’s Summit. They have one granddaughter, Morgan Thomas, 20, and three grandsons; Connor Thomas, 17, Trevor Langenbahn, 13 and Tanner Langenbahn, 11.

Larry and Vickie began dating while attending Raytown High School. Larry was in the class of 1961 and Vickie was a cheerleader in the class of 1962. Larry retired from Gill Studios, Inc. as sales vice president in Sept. 2010 after 49 years of service. Of all of their activities and involvement, their most cherished times are spent with their children and grandchildren.

The couple has booked an Alaskan Cruise to celebrate their anniversary. In lieu of a reception, their children will share in a special weekend getaway with their parents.
