Maltese-Eskew

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Maltese of LaGrange, Ga. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julie Ann Maltese, to Capt. Marc Antonio Eskew, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kurt Eskew of Lee’s Summit, Mo.

The couple will be married on May 4, 2013 at the First Presbyterian Church in LaGrange, Ga. at 4:30 p.m. and live in Clarksville, Tenn.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Newberry of Crawfordville, Fla. and Mrs. Anthony (Claire) Maltese of Lakeland, Fla. She is a 2007 graduate of Callaway High School and a 2011 graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Environmental Engineering. She was employed by All4, Inc. as an air quality engineer in Columbus, Ga. until recently relocating to Clarksville, Tenn. with the groom-elect.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. James (Marguerite) Eskew of Lee’s Summit, Mo. He is a 2004 graduate of Rockhurst High School in Kansas City, Mo. and a 2008 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering. He currently holds the rank of Captain in the United States Army and has recently been assigned to the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell. He has served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
