Conlan Hogue, 4, helps plant a London plaintree for Arbor Day, as part of the cleanup April 6 at Legacy Park. He was thre with his mother Laurel Hogue who is attendng Leadership Lee’s Summit and needed community service hours for the program offered by the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce. The hybrid of an American sycamore and Oriental plaintree, it can grow to 80 to 100 foot tall.
