Conservation poster contest winner

May 1, 2013

Victoria Cain, a fourth-grader at Westview Elementary, recently captured top honors in the Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation poster contest. Fourth-graders from throughout the school entered the contest earlier this spring. Victoria was honored with a party and trophy April 23 at her school. Her poster will also be entered into the state competition. Cain, left, is pictured with Linda Struewe of Jackson County Soil and Water Conservation.
