Fresh and healthy

Kim Alexander, a registered dietitian, and Chef Steve Duben from Saint Luke’s East Hospital were sharing a healthy recipes for salad and chicken kabobs Saturday May 11 at the Downtown Lee’s Summit Farmers Market Spring Celebration. The event also included live music, children activities and a photography exhibit sponsored by Cultivate KC called Lexicon of Sustainability which explains principals of sustainable food growing practices.
