Wayne E. Sanning

Wayne E. Sanning, 66, of Lee’s Summit, passed away May 13, 2013 from complications of cancer.

Mr. Sanning was born May 16, 1946 in Versailles, Mo. He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He retired from Motorola, Inc. after 25 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Nadine, sister, Barbara and nephew Michael.

Survivors include his father, Clarence Sanning, sisters; Kathy Rehmsmeyer, Rebecca Strawbridge & Annette Moraine, brothers; Bill Sanning & Chris Sanning, daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Mike McLaughlin and grandson, Ian, three granddogs, Salty, Pepper, Skye and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. May 18 at Langsford Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow. Cremation.

Memorial contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in lieu of flowers.
