*RV spaces in the Bank of Lee's Summit parking lot are not guaranteed to be available until 7 p.m. on Thursday.
Friday June 7
• 6-10 a.m. - Load-In
• noon - Event Begins
• 5:30 p.m. - Cooks Meeting at the SOS Main Tent
• 6 p.m. – Social Hour for VIP Dinner
• 6:30 p.m. – VIP Dinner
VIP dinner will be held Friday June 7th in the Main Tent at 6:30 p.m. with Social Reception beginning at 6 p.m. This is an invitation only event that will include the attendance of sponsors, volunteers and beneficiaries of the proceeds.
Menu will include a variety of BBQ’d meats and sides!
Saturday June 8
7-10 a.m. - Pancake Breakfast
$7 All You Can Eat Pancakes and Sausage.
*All proceeds will go to Operation BBQ Relief.
9:30 a.m. - KID'S Q Cooks Meeting
What - Pancake Breakfast
When - Saturday June 8th - 7-10 a.m.
Where - Main tent located on SW Main across from the Amtrak shelter!
All you can eat pancakes, sausage and coffee - $7 per person.

Competition Turn-in Times:
KID'S Q - 11:30 a.m.
CHICKEN - noon
PORK RIBS - 12:30 p.m.
PORK - 1 p.m.
BEEF BRISKET - 1:30 p.m.
2 p.m. - Load-out begins Saturday June 8.
3:30 p.m. - Awards Ceremony on the Main Stage on SE Main Street located on the East side of the RR tracks.
Event Information and BBQ team Check-in
If you have questions regarding where a team is located or when a particular part of the event will take place just ask a Volunteer in a Bright Yellow event shirt. You can also visit the Main tent for any information regarding the event.
Check-in for cooks and judges will be located in the Main Tent located on SW Main across from the Bank of Lee's Summit.
Pignic Area and Event Merchandise
There will be a BBQ vending and Event Merchandise area located on the corners of 3rd Street and SW Main.
