Lee’s Summit Water Utilities quality report available

June 28, 2013

Lee’s Summit Water Utilities has once again met the federal safe drinking water standards set by the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1996.

During the last year, the utility has taken hundreds of water samples to ensure the safety of the water delivered to customers. The findings and more sampling details can be found in the 2013 Water Quality Report, available online at LSwater.net or at http://goo.gl/v22Dq.

This year’s report includes progress on the Water Utilities Strategic Plan, what customers can do to protect water quality and tips to be “WaterSmart” this summer by conserving water and saving money.
