Kozisek’s to celebrate 50th anniversary

Fred and Norma Kozisek of Lee’s Summit, Mo. are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

Fred Kozisek and Norma Holding were married on July 20, 1963 at St. Francis Church in St. Paul, Kan. Norma grew up on the farm between Walnut & St. Paul. Fred grew up in Bruno, Neb. They met in Kansas City, Mo. and have lived in Lee’s Summit for 49 years. Norma worked for Lapekas Painting and St. Joseph Hospital. Fred worked for Western Electric. In retirement Norma and Fred enjoy their six children and 11 grandchildren as well as many church & community activities.

Fred and Norma Kozisek will be celebrating 50 years of loving marriage together with their family and friends on July 21 with an 8:30 a.m. Mass at Our Lady of Presentation and an open house reception from 1-3 p.m. at Duck Pond Activity Center, Raintree Lake, 111 Cole Younger Drive.
