LS Public Works seeking input

August 21, 2013

To obtain estimated costs for all stormwater infrastructure improvements needed throughout Lee’s Summit, the Public Works Department is asking for input from residents.

Residents experiencing house, street or yard flooding, or erosion on or near their property, and have not previously reported the problem, can inform the city by completing an online questionnaire: http://cityofls.net/Public-Works/Stormwater-Information-Form.aspx.

The questionnaire can be printed by clicking the above link for a hard copy, which should be returned to Lee’s Summit Public Works Department, Attention: Stormwater Questionnaire, 220 S.E. Green St., Lee’s Summit, Mo 64063.

Complete the questionnaire by Sept. 6 to help the city create a comprehensive report about stormwater infrastructure improvements needed. For more information, contact Lee’s Summit’s Public Works Department at 816-969-1800.

Lee's Summit Journal is pleased to provide this opportunity to share information, experiences and observations about what's in the news.
