Travis J. McKenna

Travis J. McKenna, 29, passed away on Aug. 25 at Lee’s Summit Medical Center. Travis was born in Santa Monica, Calif. on March 8, 1984.

Travis leaves behind his loving wife and best friend, Jeannette and 20 month old son and playmate Connor. Travis is a graduate of Hope Christian High School in New Mexico and Western New Mexico University. A self described computer “geek,” Travis founded PC MD, a mobile computer repair service. He also worked as a computer engineer for a “green technology” company in Kansas City.

He is survived by his loving parents, Jeane and James McKenna, brother, Ryan (Sarah) Lefebvre, nephews; Micah, Evan and Lucas all of Lake Winnebago, mother and father-in-law, Joanne and Gabriel Ocampo, brothers-in-law, Frank and Dominick, sisters-in-law, Bianca and Denise of Lee’s Summit, uncle Jeff Bakke, cousins, Cale (Amanda) Bakke; Heather (Tom) Chambers and Christopher Bakke, all of Wis.

Travis touched so many lives during his short time on earth and will surely be missed by all those who have known and loved him.

Visitation will be held at 2 p.m. on Aug. 29. Funeral Services will be at 3 p.m. at Langsford Funeral Home. Graveside services will immediately follow at Lee’s Summit Historical Cemetery.
