Animal Wonders Workshop

Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation’s next Animal Wonders Workshop will take place from 7-8 p.m. Tuesdays, Sept. 10 through Oct. 1. The hands-on activities, in combination with age appropriate programming, is designed for two to twelve year olds. Kids will perform various experiments, activities, and crafts, not to mention get to see some creatures up close and in person. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to participate. The classes will be held at Legacy Park Community Center, 901 NE Bluestem Drive in Lee’s Summit. Pre-registration is required and is $55 with a deadline of Sept. 3.
