Echoes

Lee's Summit JournalOctober 11, 2013

make

noise

lots of

noise

this

weekend

is a chance

to immortalize

a stadium

as loudest

in the world

record keepers

will be there

to measure

decibel

levels

so scream

shout

yell

bawl

bellow

vociferate

imagine

the coliseum

when lions

hit their

stride

gladiators

struck

blood

a bull was

wounded

in the ring

fevered

early bieber

fans squealed

where he sang

heart rates

accelerate

blood pressure

elevates

hearing

reverberates

sonic

environments

stimulate

shopping

and dining

didnt it all

begin with

an explosive

big bang

the cosmic

crowd

roared

only

silence

sounds

louder

can seem

deafening

makes us

uneasy

apprehensive

a little

afraid

what

are we

supposed

to do

why

is it

so

quiet

more

noise
