Principal taped to wall to reward students for meeting fundraise

Sandra Rice, principal at Underwood Elementary, was duct taped to the school's gym wall during an all-school assembly Oct. 11. The principal pledged that she would be taped to the wall if students met their fall school fundraising goal. Proceeds from the fund-raiser provide PTA monies for student field trips and school technology.
