Aspen Athletic Club has just introduced the R.I.P.P.E.D. fitness class to its schedule.
Popular with men and women and tagged as “the one stop body shock,” is a high intensity one hour class that is effective at fat burning and body sculpting. The acronym stands for: Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. It’s a choreographed, athletic-based workout that incorporates hand weights and cardio exercise to music. It also includes a kickboxing section.
On Nov. 30 from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Aspen Athletic Club of Lee’s Summit at 178 NW Oldham Parkway will offer an introductory class to R.I.P.P.E.D.
