Walter “Butch” Rozier

Walter “Butch” Rozier of Lee’s Summit, passed away unexpectedly on Nov. 28, 2013. He was 65. He was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Butch centered his life around the Lord, his family, friends and he shared his love unconditionally. He was born in Georgia to Walter and Evelyn Rozier. He spent most of his childhood in Sedalia, Mo. and graduated from Smith-Cotton High School, where he was an all-around, exceptional athlete. While there, he met the love of his life, Pamela. He and Pam were married, and have spent 45 years together. They have two beautiful children – Jeff and Kristin. Butch continued his education in the electrical field and started Rozier Electric in 1981. He loved golf and traveling with family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother. He is survived by his wife and his children. He is also survived by his siblings: Faye (Clayton), Donald (Kathy), Debbie (Jerry), Randy (Carrie), as well as many beloved nieces and nephews and countless friends and family members.
