Adult dodgeball, volleyball leagues now registering for spring

You can dodge, duck, dip, dive and dodge in this fun league that takes you back to elementary gym class. Bring it with up to 10 people on a roster, six people on the court, and show everyone you really can dodge balls. Men’s and Coed leagues available, players must be 18 years or older. Games are held on Sundays, starting at 7:30 p.m., March 2 through May 4. Save by registering your team before Jan. 31 for $105 per team. The regular fee after that is $110 with a deadline of Feb. 7.


Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation’s adult volleyball league is not only fun but is great fitness. Play begins the week of March 11 and goes through May 8. Tuesday leagues include coed intermediate A & B and recreational (up to 10 on the roster, six on the court). Thursday leagues women’s A and B (up to eight on the roster and sixon the court) and women’s power. Fees are $180 per team until Feb. 7, after that team fees increase to $198 with registration ending Feb. 21 or when division fills.


Participants for both leagues must be 18 years or older. Dodgeball and volleyball leagues are held at Harris Park Community Center located at 110 SW Blue Parkway in Lee’s Summit. For more information call 816-969-1500 or register your team online at .
