Prairie View Elementary hosts Literacy Night

Prairie View Elementary students, staff and families recently participated in Literacy Night, held during January. One popular activity was a life-sized game board with students competing to win books. While playing the game, the students answered questions based on strategies and skills they have been studying during the school year.

Prairie View Elementary students, staff and families recently participated in Literacy Night, held during January. One popular activity was a life-sized game board with students competing to win books. While playing the game, the students answered questions based on strategies and skills they have been studying during the school year. Each child attending Literacy Night received a book to keep, encouraging reading at home.
