Veterans seminar at John Knox Village

Village Hospice, with the law office of Aaron Love, is sponsoring a “We Honor Veterans Seminar.”

It will be held from 9 a.m. to noon, Feb. 22 at the Ambassador Room, at 520 N.W. Murray Road in Lee’s Summit. Village Hospice is a service of John Knox Village.

Veterans have a variety of benefits they might not be aware of as well as unique needs as they face life-limiting illnesses. The seminar is designed to provide veterans and their loved ones with a wide range of beneficial information.

A variety of topics will be covered including:

9 a.m. – Hospice Care

9:30 a.m. – Honor Flights

10:30 a.m. – V.A..Benefits

11 a.m. – Preserving Intangible Legacies.

A continental breakfast will be provided. There will also be a raffle for door prizes. Please R.S.V.P. by Monday, Feb. 17 by calling 816-347-4590.
