Lee’s Summit grad Lukowski selected as a NJCAA soccer All-American

Iowa Western Community College goalkeeper Will Lukowski, a 2012 graduate of Lee’s Summit High School, was recently selected as a National Junior College Athletic Association Division-I All-American and Academic All-American by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Lukowski, who was also chosen to the NJCAA Division I first team, led the nation goals-against average, wins and shutouts. He stopped three overtime penalty kicks to help his team capture the NJCAA Division I National Championship last November in Tyler, Texas.

Lukowski, who was, an All-American, an NJCAA second team and All Region Academic selection in 2012, has committed to play soccer this spring at Indiana University.
