Schools host 'Mister' fundraisers this spring

All three Lee’s Summit R-7 high schools are hosting fundraisers based on selection of the school’s Mr. Tiger, Mr. Bronco or Mr. Titan this spring.

Lee’s Summit West High School will host its annual Mr. Titan, a fundraiser for Project Grad, at 7 p.m. April 23 at the school’s performing arts center. Admission is $5.

Twenty LSWHS seniors will compete for Mr. Titan with audience members able to vote using dollar bills or in a text-to-poll live vote.

Lee’s Summit High School hosted the school’s annual Mr. Tiger, a fundraiser for LSHS Student Senate, was held March 21.

Lee’s Summit North High School will host its annual Mr. Bronco Contest at 7 p.m. April 17 at the school’s performing arts center. Admission is $5. Ten seniors will compete in the event, which will benefit the school’s prom, Student Senate and the Northern Stars.

The LSN homecoming queen, and courtwarming queen with the assistance of three additional faculty judges will determine the winner.
