Cedar Creek Elementary students are finalists in National Handwriting Contest

Two students at Cedar Creek Elementary have won national honors for their handwriting skills. Ryan Techau, second grade, and Ashlyn Chapman, first grade, were named state grade-level winners in the 23rd annual Zaner-Bloser National Handwriting Contest.

More than 300,00 students participated in this year’s contest. As state grade-level winners, they are eligible to compete for a grand national champion title.
