The Lee’s Summit Lions Club met at the Bob Evans Restaurant on March 25. Joyce Jones and Rick Sheets were installed into the Club as new members by Zone 6 chairperson Pat Liska, from the Lake Winnebago Lions Club. Michael Park, City Engineer presented information to the club about the upcoming Bond issue to be on the ballot April 8. Visiting Lion and prospective new member to the club Lion Coleen O’Niel was a guest of the Club.

The upcoming Pancake Breakfast will be from 8-11 a.m., April 12 at the Unity Village Inn with pancakes by Chris Cakes. Entrance will be at the main gate since Colburn Road will be closed for construction.
