RevUP with LSPR just in time for summer

April 4, 2014

There is still time to get back in shape for summer and create some habits that can last a lifetime RevUP, a community health and wellness program of Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation, Lee’s Summit Medical Center, and Centerpoint Medical Center is kicking off new sessions on April 7 and then another on May 12.

RevUP is a 12-week program designed to deliver detailed fitness assessments, group personal training, lipid profiling, coach calls and nutrition classes. It provides health risk assessments to individuals to help learn about lifestyle changes that are unique to each individual’s health risks and health conditions. The combination of these services can guarantee remarkable individual lifestyle changes.
