Cedar Creek Students Earn Top Honors in State Stock Market Game

A Cedar Creek Elementary ASPIRE (Achieving Student Potential In Reaching and Expanding) team recently won first place the Stock Market Game in Missouri. The team of sixth-graders began with $100,000 and by the end of 10 weeks their portfolio was worth $126,196.89. The Cedar Creek team competed against more than 600 teams in the state including both elementary and high-school teams. The students will be honored at an April 17 banquet.
