Police vehicles were on display in front of the indoor gun range during the dedication ceremony for the new training facility May 2. Mayor Randy Rhoads, City Manager Steve Arbo and interim Police Chief Scott Lyons, along with city council members Rob Binney, Trish Carlyle, Diane Forte and Allan Gray, were among those on hand for the event, which included tours of the 33,000-square-foot facility that expands storage space and also offers a large, community training room.
