Williams graduates from basic training

Air Force Airman 1st Class Max B. Williams graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Williams is the son of Cheryl R. and David B. Williams of Lee’s Summit.

He is a 2008 graduate of Lee’s Summit High School. He earned an bachelor’s degree in 2013 from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg.
