SLMS archery team receives recognition from state senator

Summit Lakes Middle School archery team members receive a proclamation from Missouri Sen. Will Kraus during a May 2 pep assembly at the school. The school assembly recognized numerous SLMS teams and individual students for second-semester accomplishments. The archery team was honored by Sen. Kraus for earning a first-place trophy and individual gold medals at the Missouri National Archery in the Schools Program (MoNASP) State Tournament, held during March.
