Summit Christian Academy singers score big at state

Summit Christian Academy recently announced that four soloists and two ensembles received (I) ratings on their vocal performances at Missouri State High School Activity Association’s annual state music competition at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

SCA seniors Taylor Shippy and Hannan Zizza, junior Jordan Paul, and freshman Kayla Kernvaal each received (I) ratings for their solos.

The ensemble members who received (I) ratings include the following: seniors Hannah Zizza, Sarah Carruthers, Brooke Jacobson, and Ashley Thompson, juniors Jeanne-Marie Knapp and Paige Medlin, sophomores Micah Ruiz Esparza and Payton Shippy, and freshmen Adam Lucht, Corbin Healy, and Zach McConnell.
