Greenwood Elementary students win $1,500 in Made by Milk Contest

June 27, 2014

Students in the Greenwood Elementary ASPIRE class recently won $1,500 for their school through the Made by Milk 2014 Carton Construction Contest.

The Greenwood entry, called “E’moo’rald City,” was one of a number of entries from across the country in the national contest. Through Made by Milk, students use 100 or more milk cartons to build a character, symbol or scene from a story.

The $1,500 prize money will be used to beautify the school’s outdoor courtyard.
