Anna McGraw named 2014-15 principal for Underwood Elementary

Anna McGraw, a principal in the Raytown School District, was named 2014-15 principal at Underwood Elementary at the June 19 Lee’s Summit R-7 Board of Education meeting.

A Lee’s Summit resident, McGraw has worked as an upper elementary assistant principal in the Belton School District and an elementary principal in the Raytown School District since 2008. She previously worked in the Lee’s Summit R-7 School District, serving as a teacher at Cedar Creek Elementary and Longview Farm Elementary.

McGraw earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Rockhurst University; her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Missouri; her specialist degree in elementary administration from the University of Central Missouri; and her doctorate in education leadership from Baker University.
