Newmark Grubb Zimmer expands coverage

Commercial Real Estate advisory firm Newmark Grubb Zimmer expanded its territory through an arrangement with Realty Trust Group, Inc., whose office in Lee’s Summit, and will do business as Newmark Grubb Zimmer effective immediately.

The Eastern Jackson County-based firm brings experience to Newmark Grubb Zimmer with brokerage, land development and property management expertise. Recent development projects include: Tudor Square Executive Office Park; Executive Lakes at Lakewood; Arborwalk Business Park; Eastland Parkway Business Center; Eastland Business Center North; Victoria Park; Hillside at Deerbrook; Lakepoint Crossing; Langsford Plaza and Heritage Park.
